Hmm I see a lot of flaws here but I will pull one counter argument from the filings.

“Common Stock

As of September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares total 345,045,107 and 344,107,607 shares, respectively.

The Company’s transfer agent is reporting 346,763,107 common shares outstanding as of September 30, 2017; however, this balance includes 1,718,000 common shares that were designated by the Company as treasury shares and therefore, eliminated.”
