It seems that XGTI's *Vislink* RefCam biz indeed ended for a good while, at least nobody has heard from them anymore.

XGTI's share structure is a mess and will double/triple due to a bad loan.

- Filed 15-12G and is not reporting anymore, will that change?
- They have won a patent/TM case for RefCam, KUDOS.
- They own the RefCam patent
- Seemingly resolved debt issued, KUDOS
- OS past debt resolution is 200M only? Or will we get an update?
