Talks will be ongoing behind the scenes. I doubt if a trial will occur. We are holding most of the good cards, and may end up with all of them. Both sides have 'experts' working on valuations. Hot and heavy, with big bucks at stake! Top lawyers battling. Exciting times to be shareholders.
