They already did back in January, there is no shelf offering currently and there won't be until that data in late March or early April is released after that they could announce an offering, but by that time this stock will be in double digits (But where in double digits?) I wouldn't know that. All I know is that CNN analyst has a price target of $300, also there are rumors that they are in talks with Merck for a buyout. Aside from that the market cap of 17 million dollars for a biotech is ridiculously low, that market cap should be around 50 million to start and then we can gauge what it should be after the data is released, or for that matter, the data has been leaked already and the market is already speaking volumes. There is no reason why this should not hit at least $20 sometime next week.
