Simple. All the weak hands let go. 5 years plus??? First couple... Yea. Now, this is where the float says the stock should be. I don't see a private or public pump going on. 550 million float roughly based on unrestricted numbers the TA updates. It's not a small number but I have heard there are large holders and the float is not that bad compared to others. It's not a bottom. I would call it more like sea level.
