For me, Jimmy hasn't explained BizRight ANYTHING..He replaced Borgers a couple days before he announced BizRight revenue reporting taking effect in March2018..Then got (BizRight) extension through two hurricane orders, yet when i googled L&L Cpas, i checked their first two penny stock clients and confirmed BOTH financials filed timely, no extension..??..And BizRight LLC Allan Huang pops up out of nowhere and registers a new BizRight Hydroponics shell just days before the announced BizRight Hydroponics MMA deal, yet the initial deal language was with BizRight LLC..And then Allan Huang pops up out of nowhere, again, and registers BZRTH..and then Jimmy pumps a PR just prior to recent Q being released stating SGMD exercising option to acquire BZRTH..which suggests another MMA to me..Jimmy playing me...
