Theyve explained it all. How else would they execute the outlined options incase of a full acquisition ?? Theyll have to set up other llcs/incs ect. To be able to have those options for SGMD to acquire them.

I mean SGMD has to absorb another entity, or some sort of transaction has to takr place.

I mean dont you think theyd have to acquire something? From the way I look at it IMO, BZRTH was set up as the option if SGMD wanted to fully acquire Bizright and it seems from the last PR they have.
