and 2 i dont think rickey even gave up that much information. imagine if his name was something like jose hernandez,,, how many of those you think exist???? I don't think they'll go through extra effort to pay one person for some OTC shares. And if they do it'll just apply to everyone, theirs been people holding before lehman went bust. pretty sure they would have seniority if that became the case.


And 3 even if it does happen, what happened about the trustee filing on our behalf? thats a lawsuit


we'll see how this unfolds though, 10b shows up on the balance sheet, and its obvious, known, and clear as day that Lehman still trades, im positive they won't look up these shares and say "wtf are these?"
