Blackdoggie: To add to your description of Accredited Investor, at no time does an investor have to 'prove' to Paulson that they meet the qualifications. The investor just needs to 'attest' that they are accredited.
I did a few of the early rounds that required $25k minimum investment and like Saltz, I am all in!
