sjacobs26, until the recent Paulson offerings with one-half warrant coverage, some prior offerings have full warrant coverage.

So, yes, Paulson investors who sell shares and hold warrants DO lose some of the upside, but they also lost ALL of the risk of holding shares.

Plus, until we know for sure that the Paulson cycle is broken (and, currently, we DO NOT know that for sure), some Paulson investors sell their shares to free up cash to invest in the next round and accumulate warrants.

I've always thought OTC + terms of Paulson offering account for 100% of where the SP is today.
