That could be a possibility, but on the surface seems like it could be illegal?

Like most, I don’t understand the depressed share price other than being on the OTC. I can’t explain this to myself or others when they ask why is this only
$.50?

Even the Paulson churn theories don’t necessarily make much sense other than a little de-risk play....but also at the loss of upside.....so I’m sure their is a large percentage of Paulson investors that believe in CYDY and don’t want to sell and recognize the entire upside potential. Maybe this is common practice amongst certain investment groups/clients, but you would think that Paulson or CYDY could come up with creative ways to structure offers to keep this from occurring repeatably?

I am confident that eventually (sometime in 2019), the science will break this trend and the share price will reflect closer to real value. Looking forward to the day that we are up-listed!
