Why would anyone hand over a 10 Million dollar company to a worthless dead 25 year old penny stock scam unless they have total control of the company to wipe existing shareholders after they dump the remaining treasury shares and R/S to wash rinse and repeat the scam

In fact if the 10 Mil $$$ company was real and worth that why risk moving into a dead scam shell????
