Surely they will post the report before the convention so they are the “talk of the town before they get there”

From this point forward is pure speculation with no proof to back it up.

I talked to a guy that does build outs of new facilities for AMZN. He said you would not believe what “ they” have their hands in, he said no more, and would answer none of my questions, at that time I was thinking about anything other than grocery stores and shrimp.
