Ok question. Since the RS was filed yesterday and Neon Bloom is now already merged into PIVN would that not also effect the shares already issued to Neon Bloom shareholders. How would the RS only effect PIVN and not Neon Bloom shares as it is all one now? It was not mentioned in the latest filing so I am not sure how all this works.
