It's pretty obvious. They're putting all their available funds into Argentina and Green Leaf Pure. It's a bit of a gamble but it does make some sense. If they can make more money/profit elsewhere they can use the earnings to come back to Las Vegas later with established brands. In any event, you can ask them next Tuesday at their webinar.
A few things I found encouraging in the PR...
1.) They have a new professional grow team. Perhaps this time we'll actually see a successful full harvest.
New Grow Team Overseeing the Argentina Expansion
To expedite operations in Argentina and ensure we have the expertise to properly launch it, we have retained the consulting firm GrowSmith. Based in Colorado and led by the company’s president, Shamol Vyas and his team of expert cultivators, GrowSmith is an industry leader having built and managed over 4 million sq. feet of greenhouse, and 300 acres of industrial hemp.
2.) They will be taking pre-orders. This could result in some earlier revenue than I first anticipated...
In addition to ingredients and our own proprietary products, our business model includes “pre-selling” orders for CBD and THC oils and isolates to and for major international distributors and end-users. With our vast cultivation and production capabilities, orders can be placed for specific strains (both cannabis and hemp) and products the end users desire (i.e. isolates and distillates). GLFI will then produce the product(s) for them.
