AOCP … Try just once to buy a clue or ask a friend. The Portugal deal is cash, not shares. It is minimal because ACP is buying a license, no facilities. They will invest to build the infrastructure. This is about the medical market now, not recreational. Medical marijuana is legal in Portugal; recreational is not.

This is the reason ACB took the loan, to continue international development with cash, not shares.
