I remember talking to John Martin right after the OG formed, right after the 64 million dollars run through silver state was in the Las Vegas Journal Review. You know the one dyemenez, the one where the whole CMKX fraud was outed to the world, the 100 bank accounts. It was February 2nd 2005.

Given every shareholder read this I asked John if Urban was guilty. He said we know everything Urban did good and bad and he was extorted. I asked about the Las Vegas Journal Review story and he was fully aware of the Silver State bank news as was Bill Frizzell. He still said Urban was on our side!
