ive seen this before, this is position taking , shaking weak hands out, usually precedes news within less than a 30 day period

seems this is being wrapped here with some sort of settlement offer, my guess is in the multi $B level, a mix of cash upfront and a a few years of payouts...

i wont be surprised to see some leaking relatively soon within the 30 day period were in now
