I think you have the wrong board bud. There is NO RS needed here, our SS is fine. There's no reason for this to tick down to trips, this company has seen it's worst times and the best times are coming shortly.
The reason your other company keeps doing an RS is because they have no money and the keep converting toxic notes. Seen that myself. I was in a ticker that did 1:30,000 RS, I know that pain. There will be NO SUCH PAIN with this company. We are just getting restarted now the we have our property and $2,474,156.62 to pay off our debt and get the company rolling again.
I don't have millions but I have as many as I could get and that's good enough for me.
