I am VERY interested in hearing what exactly are the correct and 'accepted business practices' in the 'realities of the world' when it comes to selling a business. I sold 2 in my life and was totally unaware that 'in the reality of the world' there were 'accepted business practices' for doing so.

NEGOTIATE, AGREE ON PRICE, SELL! That simple.
Cannot agree?---NO DEAL!
