Nope, it absolutely will NOT be the determining price - in fact, I don't think a successful company in this space would be that foolish in positioning a purchase of BIEL, or any other company with a history similar to BIEL's. If AW plays ball with that in mind, would-be purchasers would simply wait for the patents to expire.
YES, they can squeeze AW as much as they like but is it worth the gamble of losing out to what might be other prospective buyers now or in the future. Let's hope that AW was honest when he said that he would sell only if the offer was'obscene' (forgot exact term).
