If Jujuy Govt Is Going To Going To Screw PNTV

or any US company; why not take advantage of PNTV management fools.

Get PNTV to pay for as much infrastructure as possible; and then take over the ops.


It'd be far easier for Jujuy to take advantage of a bunch of fools from PNTV than a seasoned veteran like Altria, as an example.
