"Connie Helwig and Brian Wilmot ( EGOH officers, directors, past and present) are broke and those two created the mess the last 10 years that goes back to prior failed companies he founded, EGOH, EGVR, Buzzard Bait Company, Ford Spoletti Holdings, a Bank in California he bankrupted, a failed real estate company.

EGOH has been controlled and operated since day one by Brian Wilmot, Brain and Connie were at each others throats the last 5 years, a year ago she wanted Wilmot in Jail for life at any cost, and now the scam goes on with a new twist, just a new page in the never ending 30 year parade of Brian Wilmot scams to pay his bills with endless lies to share buyers and endless convertible debt to pay his bar tab.

Very interesting info there. Ask them both where the 1 billion dollar EGOH (previously EGVR) oil asset they had for 10 years in the Texas Siler Property oil rights vanished too so mysteriously. No one has shown any proof he lost it to a Siler Lawsuit as he claimed in recent official filings lately."
