Yes, I see it had one big spike, and fell back to where it came from. If the number for the o/s is accurate, it's not excessive. But OTC Markets says it's a shell risk, and it's also Caveat Emptor. Both are undesirable.

I've never encountered it before. Is there anything else you can tell me?
