I think if you actually read the ad and/or hold the page open long enough one may forego the bridges and fire hydrants, just a theory.

Sometimes you don't get a Captcha quiz, but that's a disappointment, really. And it's up to whatever governs Captcha. Keeping the page open won't make a difference.
