I don't know if you are aware, several shareholders have threatened to turn over to the SEC any and all available documented evidence regarding Starkweather's and Green's behavior -- including the private emails to investors and the Tweet by Green in which he suggested publicly that folks should be buying shares of ANDI -- and then deleted that Tweet within a couple of days.
What I can't prove >> did those shareholders follow through or was it an idle threat? If they did follow through and the SEC has evidence of the share selling scheme -- and they find that Donald Keer, as Legal Counsel, was in some way complicit by knowing what was going on and did nothing -- well -- who knows if the SEC is actually looking into any of it.
Meanwhile, on another front, William White advised the public on January 10 about the misleading info regarding Melanie Salvador -- on her LinkedIn page -- where she touts herself as Utopya's Chief Commercial Officer. >>
As expected, we had a lot of great queries come in. Thanks for your positive input. It is greatly appreciated.
First one we will answer is the one concerning Melanie and her role with Utopya. After a lengthy conversation with Ian Brewster, CEO of Utopya, the role she is playing with the Company is that of an “advisory CCO’, meaning that while she isn’t an employee of Utopya, she is working with them on several different deals where her contacts and skill set are a very valuable asset. As this relationship, and any potential new business it may generate move forward, we will make sure to update everyone.
To this day, Salvador is not an employee of the company but still has not removed her bogus title as Utopya's Chief Commercial Officer. Why would she claim to be something she's not -- other than to puff herself up by padding her resume and possibly take some financial advantage of that bogus claim? Also, why haven't Brewster or Steinberg told her to remove her name as CCO? Do they see a benefit by having Teralight's CEO being the CCO of Utopya? ANDI/Utopya continue to smell bad >>
