Donald Keer was brought in by one company officer-- or a combination of -- Mike Starkweather, Darryl Green, Ian Brewster, Jason Steinberg , or Loudon Owen. He had to be, because when William White sold control to Brewster, Legal Counsel Ken Bart left with him. Donald Keer is listed as Legal Counsel starting on January 31, 2018.

Any suggestion that Keer had absolutely no idea what was going on is disingenuous -- or burying one's head in the sand. Anyone and everyone could see what Starkweather and Green were doing in public on Twitter -- along with the pump news articles -- along with private emails to certain investors -- parallel to Corbin Hardy selling shares and likely making millions of dollars off the backs of shareholders.

A reminder >> Starkweather, Green, and Hardy were business associates and company officers with Dynamic Ventures.

After the massive share selling subsided, Starkweather went quiet on Twitter and Green started deleting Twitter posts -- and banning anyone from his Twitter account who challenged him.

Back to Keer. For many months, while millions of dollars were being raked in by insiders -- and while none of that money was being put into the company -- and not one product was being produced -- and Steinberg started teasing shareholders with bogus tweets about a phone that apparently was soon coming to market -- but never did -- It seems to never have occurred to Keer as Legal Counsel to ask Starkweather or Brewster "What the hell is going on?" The question was asked "Can you prove it?" Need I say more? My proof is >> common sense.
