He said nothing of the sort in the link you posted. What he said is that have already pulled out hundrwds of pounds of shrimp from the present harvest.

That means that they have reduced what will be in the coming harvest by hundreds of pounds.

Present harvest is the current tank. If they had harvested the tank it would have been we have pulled thousands of pounds of shrimp etc.

He could have worded that clearer.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
