Well, I hope not! But I bailed twice on this today today and lost on both in order not to lose all my money. I was in a BK reorganization case a few years ago and suddenly after the court hearing... assets were locked and the next day my account value for that stock was zero. It was a case much like this. With everything I see at this point I will not be buying in again. I could only say I hope I'm wrong so that people aren't losing out here... but I can't lie and say the commons are safe here. I don't believe they are.
