That tells me the harvest is completed and they are writing up the results. As I stated a few days ago most likely those at the harvest (media, potential partners, purchasers, etc) and those receiving the shrimp (restaurants, suppliers), signed NDAs do that Natural Shrimp can get the data analysized, synthesized and documented for public release heading into the Aquaculture Convention.

If you read through F&Ts and Natural Shrimps Facebook posts the last week or so you can get clues to as when the harvest occurred. It had to be a gradual, in depth process weighing/sorting the shrimp, etc. they just weren’t scooping them out, weighing them in bulk and putting them on ice to sell at a road side stand. This was a methodical, scientific harvest to prove their patented technology does what they said it would do.

Can’t wait for the report!
