I have the same issue, but I'm riding it because I'm "betting" SHMP will go up looking at these RSI levels from its high to its low and watching the charts and knowing a huge catalyst is around the corner especially after today's nice price hover in the 3s. You have to weigh the risk and just honestly assess if you can afford a worst case scenario against the big payout if all goes well. No judging in simply selling and taking a loss.
