That may be the problem.Management of Aurora , especially Booth seems to be a person who wants to control everything thing that go's on with Aurora's decisions. That's why they acquire companies as a opposed to a partnership. A major company would as a partner would require some representation and inclusion for major decisions as to Aurora's future corporate actions, since they would be infusing a lot of money into the company.
Aurora's type of management would want to limit the partner's influence. Just a thought, as to why others have major partners, and Aurora hasn't.
