The 8K was submitted to SEC January 2 2019. It was dated November 29th, 2018. How long before November 29th did they know Prolanta failed in phase 1 and would never make it to phase 2, or to second dosing group? That's a very significant fail to notify of a material event. How many more events has Redman fail to disclose?
