Ok looking more into this, the sole employee of the company, Redman, the CEO is owed 1.2 million in deferred salary.

They are literally paying him off, by dilution. The filing was just a Red Herring to get buying pressure for the dilution.

This is a very dishonest company.

IMO but that is what I suspect.
