Here's a good example to engage in the thought experiment:

http://www.cafepharma.com/boards/threads/anyone-else-getting-tired-of-the-constant-pressure-to-push-mako.632646/

80% preoccupation with bullying each other. Then we find this gem:

go find another robot that guarantee's you buy the Stryker joint over the life of it.

Once we sell the robots they don't need us anymore. They can lower commissions because the customer has to buy Stryker joints. We are screwed either way.

But the surgeon robots are "better" we find this in the example of the heart patient that died and the comment if the surgery was performed by hand they might have lived. Whats the real motivation? the robot is better at surgery. I`m seeing signs of sociopathic behavior in this company. That's the charm to manipulate into forcing the robot to force their product. Allowing them to fire their reps thats all designed to fit their best interest. The reps. Sociopath their way out of a job.

Now look at why kuerig works and juicero doesn't. Keurig offers the my k-cup to work it as a coffee maker without the proprietary cup. Juicero has to read a barcode of proprietary packets to highlight it's ability to control you. One of these was successful the other was a major flop. So obviously people are smart enough to read right through this and turn their backs on sociopathic behavior. I would rate this idea 2/10.
