This statement is telling you that China Merchants received an exceptional gain from the disposal of Dichain Holdings which means they dumped the company because it was only costing them money to continue to support the company. The recent default by Dichain Holdings in relation to providing the agreed upon shares from the sale of Dichain Asia shows that Dichain Holdings is in serious financial trouble. While I believe that Dichain Software has a chance to survive most likely CTGLF and CPICF are dead in the water.
