Aurora never updated shareholders as stated by Aurora( see IR Email below):on the Farmacias deal. Aurora stated to me we will be updated in Mid January.Is it possible this deal will be cancelled? Was subject to customary due diligence previsions and completion of definitive agreements




EDMONTON, Dec. 10, 2018 /CNW/ - Aurora Cannabis Inc. ("Aurora" or the "Company") (TSX: ACB) (NYSE: ACB) (Frankfurt: 21P; WKN: A1C4WM) announced today that, further to the Company's press release dated December 7, 2018, the Company has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Farmacias Magistrales S.A. ("Farmacias"), subject to customary due diligence provisions, the completion of definitive agreements, and regulatory and government approval.

With respect to your below question, we expect to be providing an update on the total price of the acquisition in mid-January. Aurora is currently completing due diligence on Farmacias and will provide an update upon completion. As is standard in these types of acquisitions, there will be an initial payment made plus an additional payment later on based on the execution of the Farmacias team and the success of the acquisition.
