I am seriously wondering if DCouto is jerking us around in order to "convince" us to get out by selling him our shares CHEAP.

I guess if and when we finally get our letters if they have an option to sell at a supposed premium ( but still low ) then we will know why this happened.

It is hard to believe a company can be run and have any product with management that is this inept.

Only the most determined SH continued buying at the end and of course due to the low prices we ended up owning millions upon millions of shares.

The RS got rid of the dabblers in this stock but some of us will own decent holdings in a very low float . Later if they start trading and want liquidity then moderate forward splits may happen.

The history does not indicate success for XNRGI. However that was due to FC economics If this battery is as economic as they say , then it would guarantee success .

If there is a buyout clause in the paperwork, that will tell us why we have been jerked around not only for the last 3 months but for the last two years.
