Interesting what the scans show versus the evidence of AD prevalence disparity and the different interpretations attempting to explain.

I think researchers are now trying to finally account for the clue that women are much more prone to the disease and the research and literature is beginning to address this (even though this article seems to make the case a bit muddy - women have overall younger brain metabolism and greater learning and creativity, but those whose brains don’t are at higher risk for Alzheimer’s. And we go back to sex hormones.)
