I Call PullShyte - There's zero evidence that PNTV has secured financing for even the test plot.

No evidence that they've been approved to import hemp seed.

The article shows mj/hemp plants to imply they're already growing in Jujuy; which they are clearly not.

And, it's my understanding that it's still illegal to export mj, hemp, thc/cbd products out of Argentinga.

Show me a link from the Argentina government that indicates that it is now legal to export the above products.

Bullrich empowers the son of Governor Morales the largest Cannabis plantation in the world

The Minister of Security Patricia Bullrich authorized the company " Official Cannabis Avatara Sociedad del Estado " (CANNAVA SE), chaired by the son of Governor Gerardo Morales, to manage the largest marijuana plantation in the world on a state farm of 14,000 hectares, which It was ceded free for a century for the production of the narcotic drug. The property has an approximate potential of 7 thousand tons of flowers per year. While the powerful of Argentina close the business for them, seasoned officers of the Ministry of Security ravage the civilian population by seizing trifles.

Through Resolution 76/2019 of the Ministry of Security published yesterday in the Official Gazette, the Minister of Security Patricia Bullrich signed the authorization requested by Gerardo Morales, in August 2018, so that the complete estate of the "Finca El Pongo ", Led by the governor's son, start with the largest medicinal Cannabis plantation in the world.

The American Player's Network (Green Leaf Farms) is the capitalist partner of the project that has its counterpart in Argentina with Cannava SE, the state company headed by Gerardo Gastón Morales, son of the Governor of Jujuy, who will be in charge of production, manufacturing and cannabis distribution with therapeutic applications.

The pilot project of the project that proposes to turn Jujuy into the world capital of cannabis medicinal oil production, includes the initial planting of 35 hectares with 30 varieties of seeds and the installation of a laboratory in the city of Perico where it will be marketed locally. Oil. Later, the cultivated area could be extended to 14 thousand hectares of the property.

Mark Bradley, CEO of Player's, informed his investors about the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Governor Morales. According to the details provided by the company, in October 2018, Green Leaf and the Province of Jujuy signed a Memorandum of Understanding that contemplates the formation of an entity jointly owned by the Province and Green Leaf that will cultivate, manufacture and distribute cannabis and cannabis products in the lands provided to the company by Morales.

Green Leaf will be responsible for providing the necessary information, financing for the development of the project and the hiring and training of local personnel for the project, and the Province will provide all the necessary permits as well as land use in Jujuy, Argentina, free of charge for the joint venture for a period of 99 years.

According to the press release issued by the US company, the company formed between the State Jujeño and Green Leaf Farms " has obtained the corresponding permits to grow, extract, manufacture and export cannabis-based products to other countries where these products are legal . The products that will be produced under the agreement include: industrial cannabis, medical marijuana and marijuana for recreational use, which will be exported to the US. UU., Canada and emerging international markets . "

The Company's management believes that this company presents a significant opportunity for the Company and its shareholders, particularly given the favorable agricultural climate in Jujuy and the low cost of labor in northern Argentina.

Governor Gerardo Morales defended the best interests of Argentina in the negotiations with the marihuanera, in such a way that his son, Gastón Morales was appointed Director of " Official Cannabis Avatara Sociedad del Estado " (CANNAVA SE), which plans to have the first harvest of cannabis jujueño ready for the month of June, which indicates that the oil will be available for export from September 2019.

According to the press report issued by the government of Jujuy, the company Green Leaf Farms Jujuy " will contribute its experience in the United States to launch a large-scale operation of industrial hemp and cannabis. These operations will be financed entirely by Green Leaf Farms Jujuy . " But the truth is that to date, the company " Green Leaf Farms Jujuy " does not appear in either Jujuy or nationally.

What does appear is the company Green Leaf Farms SA , created on November 2, 2018 by Diego Atilio Cattaneo and Fernando Guerrero. In dialogue with El Disenso, Mark Bradley confirmed that the legal representatives of Green Leaf Farms in Argentina have very little experience with Cannabis, although this duo is no stranger to the halls of Casa Rosada; In February 2017, they met with Assistant Secretary Roitman, together with a large group of businessmen from South Korea, to discuss projects in Argentina for LED lighting and photovoltaic lighting, another project that also landed recently in the lands of Morales.
