Look at MMEX... they were worth 0.0001 per share... they put out a PR saying they were going to build a 500 million dollar refinery. Just off that their share price jumped all the way to six cents. They had 10 billion outstanding shares. 10 times more than CEGX. Their value jumped to 600 million in just one week.
