For stockholders to achieve a positive equity position and recover their lost stock value other investors would have to pay a high price for their investments compared to CEGX's cost into the investments. To get 900M shares back up to .01/shr they need $9M of equity. If they get a 20% commission cut on deals they have to pull in $45M investment capital. Can this happen?
