You are correct. None of their projects have ever made money. All of them were technical disasters, mostly due to BLSP poor knowledge of the market space and technology. Few pay attention to the details regarding their performance. Most cherry pick from their sales pitches. Holland is one that so many have commented will bring in millions of revenues. Few understand the issues with attempting to build these mega sites. It would be years before it comes on line assuming they get the money which is highly doubtful, based on their historic poor performance.
