They are supposed to have financial close on the Netherlands project. The upfront development fee is $1 million. Bluesphere already got a loan from Leonite for $2.1 million, and has already drawn $500,000. So they've already spent 50% of the anticipated development fee. And of course, any possible project is years away, after the project is built and running. And which of course is no guarantee, since they had financial close on the North Carolina and Rhode Island deals four years ago, and the projects are still a mess, with no revenue for the foreseeable future.
