Arnold, I'm really not concerned with what the current SP is. I know we both share a long term prospective on where the company is headed, but I don't obsess about short term price fluctuations. You are pessimistic about the facility being built (on time or at all). I'm more of a "trust but verify" kind of guy.

Since the company is putting down 12.5% of the purchase price of the building, I have to think that they are serious about getting the facility built. Up to 50 grams a day is a significant revenue stream if they can get up and running with sufficient demand (I believe that's at least 12 - 18 months away).

We'll see over the next few months what progress is being made with construction. That's more important to me than how much of a bonus MS and LW are getting this year.
