Kobisan,The scenario you paint is one you would expect to be correct from the information that the stockholders have received. Unfortunately due to the history of this company and their failure to make what they say will happen actually come to fruition, it is highly unlikely that your scenario will be correct. That is why I think the stock has gone down since the building announcement, and the likelihood is that the quarterly report next week will show little or no increase in revenue. Again there is a reason the share price is where it is and it's not because of the scenario you described. It is because of the history of this company! They will have to prove to stockholders and potential stockholders that this isn't another dream but a reality.

That said bonus time is coming, and I think the record of that timeframe shows that we will see the share price rise.
