Right...current aquaculturists are barely making money so they're in it because they love working hard for pennies.
The availability of wild-caught and farmed seafood at my local Kroger doesn't support that concept. Of course, most of it is frozen or previously frozen, which is fine by me.
Fresh is better and farmed salmon does not have to be frozen. Not sure about other farmed species of fish...
