Arnold, why would you think that the contract for the new building is a negative thing? Hasn't this been one of your main concerns?

Since we're talking at least 12 months before the facility is up and running, I wouldn't think that this news would do anything short term for the SP. I'm expecting major payback 12-18 months in the future, anything sooner is icing on the cake for me.

CYGX has deferred most of the payment until completion of the facility. If revenues continue to rise through '07, this should offset dilution of the stock via PPOs (another of your main concerns).

I think the contract for building the facility is confirmation that CYGX does indeed have a viable (and potentially very profitable) product that they will utilize to produce their own DNA medicines/vaccines, as well as providing cheap, high quality synDNA for the market.

Long term, I'm more concerned about which scenario will benefit stockholders more - buyout vs. growth of company. I believe we'll have a clearer picture in the coming months.
