So, I did all the things shown in that piece and nothing changed. I'm not surprised because that's how these things usually go for me.

It's really just an annoyance, and doesn't seem to hurt anything, so I'll just learn to live with it. One day MS will find it and fix it, as I'm sure it is something they did in one of their updates.
