Again, everyone keeps blaming the auditors and not Snakes. For all you know Snakes has kept terrible books and not saved a single piece of paper for documentation (which is required during audits).

The more likely story is the blame is on Snakes (and it's many acquisitions) spending weeks digging up old invoices and statements from suppliers and customers and banks. Only to have the audit turn up more once those are reviewed.
